The build a lot 4 is more challenging, but has more design flaws. For example, the lower row of properties that appear at the bottom of the screen are covered by the game play buttons. This obscures and hides whether or not it has a star or a energy bulb on it. Also the status of construction/improvement of properties on the top row is hidden until it is complete. Also, the game does not show a map or anything to give one an idea as to where they are progressing in game play.
